The location was convenient because of proximity to the airport.

The staff was not helpful upon arrival with luggage. I had to seek information about hotel services, they did not volunteer it. The room was also ridiculously small. There was barely space to open my suitcase.

I found the free shuttle bus a great service, and it ran promptly to the airport. the hotel lobby, reception area, and restaurant looked excellent. I observed quick and efficient service. special requests for my family were handled well when i booked.

the vending machines did not accept credit cards or hkd cash, this was inconvenient. i needed to go to a shopping center to buy a card to load cash onto it.
